Holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, a Certificate of Conflict Resolution from Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC), and Level One Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy training, Julia has solid groundings in communication skills development, mediation, empathic inquiry and group process facilitation. Julia's professional experience weaves a tapestry of environmental policy development, documentary film production and leadership skills training. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she has led multi-week wilderness expeditions for the National Outdoor Leadership School, worked with high school students on traveling field studies and facilitated leadership training opportunities for a diverse array of populations.
